Travel is charged for one direction, not both, based on the

Travel for the immediate Memphis metro area will be charged at a fixed
30 minutes of time at the normal rate and 20 miles at 70 cents per mile
(IRS standard for 2025). This charge is somewhere between low and
average for any type of service provider who has to roll a truck. Cities
